Getting out a copy of the United States Constitution I find that the Constitution actually supports actions there in Arizona.
Here is what I find:
US Const. Article 1, section 9 “ The migration, or importation. of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited (hindered) by the congress”
i.e.: Migrations into states will be as any of the states think proper, and control of migration into a state shall not be hindered by congress—this power is clearly given to the STATES in the US Constitution at section 9
Article 1, Sec 10 (tail end of sec. 10) US Const. “A state, when actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay may engage in war.”
I hope this helps us to understand the core of the situation and not the ‘fluff’ of it.
Cite the Constitution: because obviously ‘THE O’ doesn’t know it, nor my guess, do many Congresspeople!
